The Impact of Monitoring and Evaluate Performance in Creating Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Syriatel
The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the monitoring and evaluation procedure on creating the organizational citizenship behavior of persons working at Syriatel. To collect primary information, a questionnaire was designed and distributed using the comprehensive enumeration method. 200 employees of various job levels in Syriatel responded to this questionnaire.
The study concluded that the level of organizational citizenship behavior among Syriatel employees is generally high, that the control and regulation process have a statistically significant effect on creating organizational citizenship behavior (altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, conscience, civic virtue) in Syriatel, and that there is no statistically significant difference in the level of organizational citizenship behavior for each of the variables (gender, age, job level).

The impact of the determinants of lean management on the success of small and medium enterprises (Case study of projects in Hama Governorate)
The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the determinants of lean management (continuous improvement, management by vision) on the success of small and medium enterprises in Hama governorate.
The descriptive and analytical approach was used for the studied sample, and by using statistical analysis tools, relationships and links between the independent variables and the dependent variable will be found through data collected from a sample of small and medium enterprises in Hama Governorate, through the design of a questionnaire that includes a set of questions related to the subject of the research, and the data was unloaded And analyze the results using the SPSS statistical program.
The study reached a number of results, including:
1-The project does not seek to achieve continuous improvement of performance.
2-The project workers are not selected in a manner and with expertise appropriate to the nature of the project.
3-There is no compatibility between the capabilities available to the project owners and the desired objectives of the project.
4-The capabilities of employees are not developed and built to match the products and outputs.

The Impact of social media on the Marketing of Handmade Pharmaceutical Cosmetics and Their Acceptance Among Females
The current study dealt with the impact of social media on the marketing of Handmade Pharmaceutical Cosmetics, it clarifies the concepts of Social Media marketing and Handmade Pharmaceutical Cosmetics. It also aimed to identify the dimensions of Social Media marketing from the point of view of the social media's female users and their impact on the purchase decision of these cosmetics.
The research community is composed of a group of social media's female users, and the distribution of research to identify electronically on a random sample of (98) people through social networking sites.
The study reached many results, the most important of which are: the existence of an impact of social media in all its dimensions in the marketing of Handmade Pharmaceutical Cosmetics, while both of credibility and Ad attractiveness are the most influential among Social Media's dimensions in the marketing of these cosmetics.
There is also a difference in the use of Social Media's sites according to age, marital status and extent of shopping through these sites among the female respondents in the questionnaire, while there is no difference the educational certificate factor.

The impact of the Quality of services provided in non-profit organizations on the satisfaction of beneficiaries " A case study on Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization "
The research aims to identify the impact of the quality of services provided in non-profit organizations on the satisfaction of beneficiaries through quality dimensions, including reliability, tangibility, empathy, safety, and responsiveness.
The descriptive-analytical method was used in collecting and analyzing data through the application of the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS).
The research results showed that all organization beneficiaries agreed on the quality of services provided to them, and the most influential quality dimension is responsiveness, which has the most significant impact on beneficiaries' satisfaction, followed by safety and reliability, while empathy and tangibility are the least influential dimensions.

The extent of application the total quality management principles in non-governmental organizations "A Field study on Active associations in Damascus"
This study aims to identify the extent and level of application of the principles of total quality management in Syrian Associations, and the obstacles facing their application, and to present possible proposals that may contribute to overcoming them if they are adopted, and it also aims to identify the impact of classification and the nature of the main activity of the Associations in assessing the level of application of the principles of total quality management in these Associations.
The study concluded that there is a medium to good levels application of the basic principles of total quality management (TQM) within the Associations, and they are arranged according to the level of application from highest to lowest according as the following: (1- Continuous improvement 2- Focusing on the beneficiary 3- Relationship management 4- Employee participation 5- Evidence-based decision-making 6- Operations methodology 7- Leadership), and it was found that there are human obstacles that affect the Associations’ commitment to the principles of total quality management.

The Impact of the utilization of the International Project Management Standards on the Evaluation of Projects " A Practical Study in the Non-Governmental Organizations Operating in Damascus"
This paper aimed to identify the impact of the utilization of the international project management standards on the evaluation of projects of the the non-governmental organizations operating in Damascus. For this purpose, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, where the study population was consisted of all project managers and coordinators of non-governmental organizations operating in Damascus, and the researcher resorted to a random sample that consisted of (138) project managers and coordinators, and a questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, where it was distributed to the study sample, and (97) valid questionnaires were retrieved, which represents (70%) of the sample.
The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect between each of (project integration management, project scope management, project schedule management, project resource management and project communication management) and project evaluation. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean of the respondents' responses about the project evaluation that are attributed to the gender variable or the job title variable. It was found that the three knowledge areas, namely, project scope management, project communication management, and project resource management, respectively, have the greatest impact on project evaluation.

The study aims to identify the impact of adopting electronic services in the marketing aspect of the banking institution and to test the feasibility of marketing in the bank and the adequacy of the tools used in marketing management regarding electronic services from the point of view of the bank's customers.
It also aims to highlight the importance of moving the business world, especially the banking sector, to the virtual and digital world, and not being limited to the services provided on the ground, especially in light of the rapid development we are experiencing.The study reached many conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which are: maintaining the quality of electronic services provided and pricing them according to a careful study, striving to increase the spread of electronic service distribution channels, maintaining the outstanding performance of the employees responsible for providing electronic services and solving customer problems

Impact of Marketing Information Systems on Customer Satisfaction -Case Study: Syriatel Telecom Company-
This study aims to investigate the relationship between marketing information systems and their various components on the one hand, and their impact on customer satisfaction on the other hand. For this purpose, a case study was about Syriatel Telecom Company, where the descriptive approach was followed.
The descriptive survey research was used through the distribution of an electronic questionnaire consisting of five sections, where the first three sections included measures of the independent variables of our study, respectively (Internal Records’ Effectiveness, Marketing Intelligence’s Effectiveness, Marketing Researches’ Effectiveness) and the fourth section included measures of the dependent variable (Customers’ Satisfaction) and data were collected from a sample of 150 individual company’s customers and analyzed using SPSS.
It was concluded that there is a clear relationship between the three components of Marketing Information Systems and Customers’ Satisfaction with a slight difference between them, as the most influential was Internal Records’ Effectiveness, followed by Marketing Intelligence’s Effectiveness, while the least influential was Marketing Researches’ Effectiveness.

The Role of Intermediaries in B2C Retail E- Commerce (A Case Study of Egyptian Market)
This study aimed to find out the role played by cybermediaries apps and the added value they create that attracts the end consumer in Egypt, in light of electronic commerce, which enabled companies’ owners to create their own digital platforms that allow them reach the customer directly without the need for an intermediary as in traditional commerce. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and used an electronic survey published on social media groups in Egypt as a study tool. 155 surveys were answered.
The study concludes that the quality of customer service, the ease of use of the apps, and the variety of products provided by cybermediaries are the most attractive for the end consumer to use. The study also found that society in Egypt, regardless of its social and cultural classes and age groups, uses cybermediaries’ apps, and that there are no specific product categories that are desirable to purchase through them.

The impact and effectiveness of implementing capacity building programs for human resources in improving the performance of the administrative staff ( Case study: Damascus Chamber of Industry)
The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the capacity-building program applied at Damascus Chamber of Industry in improving performance, and to monitor the strengths and weaknesses of the Chamber after implementing the capacity-building program, and to evaluate the results of the program as a whole to determine the possibility of mainstreaming the results to all different sectors.
The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach as one of the procedural contexts in management sciences, in addition to its reliance on relevant secondary and primary data that we obtained from in-depth interviews where the researcher interviewed six individuals that are either experts or hold an important position at the organization and work closely with the program that was implemented by the International Labor Organization in the Chamber to find out their perceptions, and to evaluate and follow-up on the implemented program and the results achieved so far, in addition the researcher also surveyed a random sample of 100 industrials representing the four industrial sectors (food - textile - engineering - chemical) throughout a questionnaire that was published electronically. The data collected through the questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program.
The study concluded the consent of the respondents to customer service in terms of member registration services and issuance of certificates of origin in addition to grant certificates of origin to members wishing to export their products, showing the origin and the quantities included in each shipment And the approval of the respondents on information services in terms of obtaining information reports on local and global commercial trade opportunities and international exhibitions, and the approval of the respondents on the training services at the chamber in terms of administrative and technical training, to summarize we found that implementing the capacity building program helped improve the performance of the administrative staff at the chamber and to fill some of the previous gaps in the chambers performance.

The Impact of Strategic Planning on Employee Performance ( A Case Study in Sharjah Engineering Consulting Company)
This study aimed to find out the impact of strategic planning on the performance of employees in the Sharjah Engineering Consulting Company.
In order to answer the study's main question, "What is the impact of strategic planning on the performance of employees?"
The descriptive analytical approach have been used, as the study population consisted of all employees of the Sharjah Engineering Studies Company. In order to achieve the set goals, a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions was designed, distributed on six main axes, and the results were analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS V.25).
The following result was reached: There is an effect of strategic planning in all its dimensions on the performance of employees.
The study also concluded with many recommendations, the most important of which are: the use of modern technologies in the field of strategic planning, limiting centralization and the participation of employees in their opinions, and finally, the need to carry out the performance evaluation process on an ongoing basis to ensure that the desired goals are reached.

Factors affecting the purchasing decision of laptop - a study on virtual university students in Syria
This study aims to identify the factors affecting the purchasing decision of the laptop, as this study was carried out by identifying the impact of seven variables (price, advertising, reference groups, brand, quality, product characteristics, after-sales service) in the purchasing decision of students of the Virtual University in the Syrian Arab Republic.
The study concluded that there was an effect of price, reference groups, brand, quality, product characteristics, after-sales service, without a statistically significant effect of advertising on the laptop purchasing decision.
The study ended by providing a set of suggestions and solutions represented in the need to provide marketers in companies selling laptops more importance to study the factors affecting consumer behavior as they are indicators of great importance that can be used when preparing appropriate marketing strategies to ensure the consistency of these strategies with each other by directing them towards one axis, which is the consumer.

The Reality of Sustainability in Non-Government Organizations in Syria
The study aimed to identify the reality of sustainability in NGOs in Syria and provide recommendations so that they can continue to Performing its mission over time to meet the needs of the community and its beneficiaries and supporters.
To achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, the researcher used the descriptive approach and developing a questionnaire and distributed it to a random sample consisting of (250) employees in non-governmental organizations and associations in Syria. Sustainability was studied and analyzed in five basic dimensions as a whole: financial, operational, identity, intervention, and environmental sustainability, as well as within a separate analysis of 12 different criteria.
The finding of the study showed: that work is being done to achieve each of the financial, operational, identity, interventions and environmental sustainability in non-governmental organizations in Syria as basic dimensions. However, there is a need for more attention and development in the criteria related to income management and mobilization, long-term planning, Institutional capabilities and infrastructure, the relevance of the mission and the alliances with private sector.

The Impact of Digital Transformation on Human Resource Management Practices (A field study in the National Islamic Bank)
This study aims to identify the impact of digital transformation on human resources management practices in the National Islamic Bank, as well as identifying the components and dimensions of digital transformation, human resource management practices, the importance of evaluating and measuring performance efficiency in light of digital transformation, and understanding the criteria that must be met by bank employees of The Islamic National in light of the digital transformation.
The study population consists of employees of the National Islamic Bank, and a comprehensive survey was carried out, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study.
The study concluded that there is a significant positive effect of digital transformation in the human resource management practices of the National Islamic Bank under study. and the most affected by the digital transformation, while it was found that the item of recruiting workers is the least affected by the digital transformation, but with differences Simple between the items of the study.

The impact of using modern development methods (Agile & DevOps) on the efficiency of software automated testing process ” A case study of Syriatel company”
The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of using modern development methods (Agile & DevOps) on the efficiency of the automated software testing process, this was done by highlighting the effect of applying the Agile methodology and DevOps methods on the automated software testing process at Syriatel company.
The descriptive-analytic methodology was adopted, and the study community included employees from testing teams, development teams, development management teams, and software quality teams at Syriatel Mobile Telecom company and the survey was used to collect data.
An electronic questionnaire was distributed to the study sample, and 60 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis.The study found a positive impact of using modern development methods, Agile and DevOps, on the efficiency of the automated software testing process at Syriatel company.

The impact of social responsibility on customer loyalty (Applied study in Islamic banks in Syria)
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has recently gained the attention of researchers due to its importance. There has been a significant increase in the desire to study the link between CSR and customer loyalty.
This study aimed to investigate the impact of CSR dimensions in Islamic banks in Syria on enhancing customer loyalty for these banks, based on their CSR activities. The study also aimed to identify the concept of CSR and its dimensions.
The study population consisted of customers of Islamic bank branches in Syria. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher distributed an electronic questionnaire to customers of Islamic banks in Syria, totaling 100 items, which is a good percentage that is suitable for analysis. The data was then emptied and coded on the Microsoft Excel program, then exported to the SPSS statistical analysis program version 26 to measure the stability and validity of the research tool (questionnaire), its consistency, data analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The study concluded that there is an impact of CSR dimensions (social dimension, educational dimension, and environmental dimension) on customer loyalty to Islamic banks in Syria. Based on these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations aimed at increasing the bank's activity in terms of CSR, as this has an impact that benefits the bank, customers, and society.

The Impact of Human Resources Management Practices on Creative Performance of NGOs Staff "A Field Study at GOPA-DERD"
This study aimed to determine the impact of Human Resources Management practices on creative performance of NGOs staff through a field study at GOPA-DERD.
The research community consists of all GOPA-DERD staff in Damascus and Rural Damascus including the headquarter offices.
The study concluded that there is a significant effect of human resource management practices on the creative performance of workers within the Department of Ecumenical Relations and Development, and therefore the application of these practices improves their creative performance. The study also found that the performance of workers in the Department of Ecumenical Relations and Development is characterized by creativity, the study concluded that there are differences in creative performance according to the years of experience and age, and there are no differences in terms of gender.

The study aimed to determine the relationship of customer relationship management with its standards (communication, trust in dealing, meeting customer needs, and quality of relationships) in enhancing functional agility (initiative, adaptive ability, resilience) in the Commercial Bank of Syria branches in Tartous governorate.
The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between communication, one of the standards of customer relationship management, and the ability to withstand, one of the dimensions of functional agility in the branches of the Commercial Bank of Syria in Tartous Governorate, and the existence of a statistically significant relationship between confidence in dealing, one of the criteria of customer relationship management, and the promotion of functional agility in branches The Commercial Bank of Syria in Tartous Governorate, and the existence of a statistically significant relationship between meeting customer needs, one of the criteria for managing customer relations In the branches of the Commercial Bank of Syria in Tartous Governorate, and the existence of a statistically significant relationship between customer relations management and the enhancement of functional agility in the branches of the Commercial Bank of Syria in Tartous Governorate.

Assessing the Impact of Burnout on the Performance of Syrian Arab Red Crescent Employees During 2023 and Prospects for Reducing it
The study aimed to find out the impact of the three dimensions of job burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment) on the performance of employees of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent during 2023. In this context, the level of job burnout and the level of the performance of employees in the organization were identified. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire tool was used as a data collection tool. The researcher obtained 251 questionnaires that were valid for analysis. Descriptive analysis methods were used to find out the level of job burnout and the performance of the employees.
The study reached some results, the most important of which is that the workers in the Syrian Arab Red Crescent suffer from a low level of job burnout. The most important sources were the presence of a high level of lacking positive reinforcement, followed by a medium level of work powers. The study also concluded that the employees enjoy a very high level of performance. In addition, it indicated the presence of a negative impact of the three dimensions of job burnout on the performance of employees in the organization.
The study provided some recommendations to reduce this phenomenon and maintain the high performance of the employees by conducting a periodic review and continuous evaluation to detect the level of job burnout of workers, working to strengthen the system of incentives and rewards and to link them to the performance, and enhancing the role of workers to participate in the decision-making process and give the necessary authority and powers to workers.

The Impact of Strategic Planning in Entrepreneurial Performance " A field study on NGOs operating in Damascus-Syria – SARC as a model"
This research aims to know the impact of strategic planning with its dimensions (strategic vision - strategic mission - strategic objectives - environmental analysis) on the entrepreneurial performance of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization.
To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive approach was adopted, a questionnaire was distributed to a simple random sample of workers and volunteers in SARC, numbering (234) people, of which (205) questionnaires were retrieved, with a recovery rate of (87.6%) of the total respondents.
The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a high level of strategic planning in SARC with a relative weight of 76%, and there is a high level of entrepreneurial performance in the organization with a relative weight of 75%. The research results also showed there is a positive and strong direct correlation between strategic planning and entrepreneurial performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.784, and there is a strong positive effect with statistical significance for strategic planning in all dimensions on entrepreneurial performance, as strategic planning explains 71.2% of entrepreneurial performance.
The research ended with a set of proposals, the most important of which are: Enhancing interest in strategic planning in SARC, as it is one of the strategies that simulate the future, development, keeping pace with global changes, addressing problems and developing appropriate solutions for them, due to its main and positive role in developing the organization and raising its performance to the level of leadership and quality in an environment dominated by change and overlapping borders.

The Impact of Internal Communication on Employee Performance "A field study on the employees of Avenzor Pharmaceutical Industries Factory in Syria"
This research aimed to know the impact of internal communication with its dimensions represented by (oral communication means – written communication means – electronic communication means) on the workers performance in Avenzor Pharmaceutical Industries Factory in Syria.
To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was distributed to the study sample consisting of a number of workers in the studied Factory, which numbered (250) individuals, of which (236) questionnaires were retrieved with a recovery rate of (94.4%) of the total respondents.
The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a good level of internal communication application in all its dimensions (oral communication means – written communication means – electronic communication means), and there is a good level of workers performance in the laboratory under study. The results of the research also showed a weak, statistically significant positive effect of internal communication with its dimensions combined on the workers performance, which explains 10.4% of the changes in workers performance.

Studying and evaluating doctors' attitudes and opinions towards adopting a new drug as a treatment protocol:" Bempedoic acid case study"
This study aims to analyze and evaluate doctors' attitudes towards adopting a new drug as a treatment protocol, especially a cholesterol-lowering drug, and to determine the importance of different factors in the adoption process, whether factors related to the drug product itself, factors specific to the patient, or factors related to the doctor, where the factors were divided into These axes.
To achieve this goal, a qualitative study was first conducted based on interviews with several doctors to get an initial idea of the different factors that affect their attitudes compared to reference studies. Then two separate questionnaires were distributed, one directed to doctors and the other directed to pharmacists.
The study concluded that Bempedoic acid as a new option will not take the place of statins, and this matter calls for caution in the amount of production. It showed the importance of focusing on the scientific aspect in the promotion process, as most doctors are affected by international recommendations and clinical studies, and they prefer lectures and conferences as a marketing communication method.
The study also showed that the difference in opinions and attitudes is affected more by factors specific to the product or the patient compared to the different factors specific to the doctor. The drug efficacy was the most important factor according to the physicians' ranking among the factors related to the product, while the accompanying diseases of the patient were the most important factor among the factors related to the patient.
As for the factors related to the doctors, their age and experience, their specialization, and their place of work had a role in the difference in their attitudes, while the gender & multiplicity of workplaces had no role.
