Building a Strategic Framework for Evaluating Electronic Health Information System Applied in UNRWA towards its Development
The aim of this research is to build a strategic framework for evaluating the Electronic Health Information System and its development, which has been implemented in UNRWA since 2009 as a first stage in the system's development life cycle. The research also aims to set goals for this process and to produce evaluation results that can be used as inputs for the next stages of the system's development life cycle. The research methodology used a descriptive and analytical approach, including field visits, in-depth interviews, and brainstorming sessions with decision-makers in the medical department of UNRWA, as well as a survey as a tool for collecting information. The following steps were followed in evaluating the Electronic Health Information System: studying the internal and external environment of the system using a SWOT matrix, determining the appropriate development strategy, setting goals for this strategy using quantitative analysis measures (IEF Matrix, TOWS Matrix, and QSPM).
The research concluded with strategic goals, including the need for a flexible and scalable system that is easy to use, compliant with standards and regulations, and capable of integrating with other systems. The research also emphasized the need for continuous environmental analysis of any information system to anticipate and plan for the future scientifically and systematically. Additionally, the research recommends utilizing human resources experiences and technological advancements to support UNRWA in advancing in the cycle of developing the Electronic Health Information System and transitioning to the next stages of this process.
The study recommends that the Ministry of Health in Syrian Arab Republic should start developing a health information system that can link with international health information systems to enhance Syria's ability to predict epidemics, promote international cooperation, and exchange information and experiences among experts in this field.
This research is expected to be useful for researchers and stakeholders interested in developing administrative information systems.

The Role of Nanotechnology in Construction Industry – Case Study on nanoceramics
The research aims to introduce the concept of nanotechnology and its applications, especially in the ceramic industry, and what it can offer in terms of improving specifications. After conducting theoretical studies on nanotechnology and its applications, the researcher conducted a practical study in a ceramic laboratory, examining the production line, manufacturing stages, and the nature of nanomaterials used in this industry. The researcher also conducted a survey involving experts in this industry, and the results showed that nanotechnology is effective in giving ceramics new distinctive specifications that exceed cost differences. The practical aspect of the research demonstrated improvements in terms of weight, smoothness, hardness, corrosion resistance, bacteria resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, and others.
The research recommended the necessity of raising awareness about the concept of nanotechnology and its potential uses, harnessing it to serve the Syrian environment. This can be achieved through conferences, seminars, lectures, directing scientific and applied research to nanotechnology, and intensifying nanotechnology study materials in our local universities' curricula, especially in engineering and architecture colleges.إعداد: الطالب ياسر معلا

Impact of applying alarm management standards in industrial automation systems
Case study of rebar rolling mill plant at HADEED Metal Manufacturing Company
Poorly functioning alarm systems create an environment in which alarms of high importance can be missed and operators can be desensitized to the alarm system. The performance of alarm systems has been a factor in many major industrial accidents, with catastrophic results.
This research aims to identify the standards for managing and improving alarm systems, how to apply these standards in a large industrial facility, and their impact on the performance indicators of the alarm system.
The descriptive-analytical approach was used, in which the researcher studied the state of the rolling mill plant of the Metal Manufacturing Company "HADEED," which uses modern automation systems to control production processes.
The research site has not previously used any type of alarm management practice and seeks to apply alarm management practices based on the standard ISA-18.2-2009 (management of alarm systems for industrial processes).
The researcher obtained the necessary data to complete the research from the Metal Manufacturing Company "HADEED," and the study data spanned the period between 2021 and 2022. Appropriate statistical methods were used to obtain results.
Alarm management requirements were researched and determined, and new software tools were developed to support alarm management processes. The performance of the alarm system at the project site was measured using these tools and the worst-performing alarms were identified. By investigating their causes, the required improvements were identified to reduce the alarm rates.

Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Digital Content Development Process – Case Study in Agencies and Marketing Companies
This study aimed to understand the impact of integrating and using artificial intelligence techniques on the digital content industry, and identifying the opportunities and challenges associated with utilizing AI programs in this field.
This research reviewed some of various methods and techniques that can be integrated to develop content in marketing agencies, and examine the benefits and efficiency of these techniques in developing marketing content. Data was collected through opinion surveys to explore the current use of AI techniques in digital content development, and what are the challenges for the content creators to adopte these technologies. Additionally, some AI techniques were practically applied within the content development process in a marketing agency, and the output content was reviewed by specialists to analyze its quality and effectiveness, comparing with the traditional methods.
The study found that using AI-based software in the content development process leads to saving the required effort and time to prepare and create content in marketing agencies. Also, it contributes to enhance creativity and accelerates the process of idea generation. It also improves the efficiency of the content development process and the quality of the outputs.
Furthermore, the study provided guidelines and recommendations for marketing companies regarding the effective use of AI applications to increase the efficiency of digital content development.

The Role of Adopting Modern Work Organization Methods in Developing Company Performance and Customer Satisfaction
The research aims to study the role of adopting modern work organization methods in developing corporate performance and increasing customer satisfaction in Syria. The descriptive analytical approach was used in the study along with a number of statistical methods in the SPSS program. The research relied on a questionnaire as a tool for data collection from the study population, consisting of individuals who previously visited customer service centers in telecommunications companies. The sample size of the research was 86 people.
The study reviewed modern organization methods: digital transformation, electronic appointment booking systems, etc.
The importance of work organization in modern companies, methods for performance development, and the significance of customer satisfaction to companies were clarified.
The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is the acceptable level of application of modern technologies in companies, especially in customer service centers, and the significant statistical impact of modern technologies (such as the "Mahjooz" application) on increasing customer satisfaction and thereby developing corporate performance. One of the most important results of the study was the existence of a positive direct relationship between customer satisfaction and the development of corporate performance.
The study also showed that demographic variables did not influence opinions about modern organization methods, customer satisfaction, and corporate performance development. The study concluded with many recommendations and guidelines aimed at increasing positive factors by adopting modern work organization methods that enhance customer satisfaction towards companies.

The Impact of the Automated Sale Service Quality Study Depending On Customer Satisfaction in A Governmental Positive Intervention Institutions
This study saw the true nature of positive intervention institutions in terms of their performance of a service role in meeting the needs of citizens for goods and services at acceptable prices and with a small profit margin, and preventing merchants from monopolizing some goods, especially strategic goods such as rice, sugar, and others. This research was prepared in order to shed light on the importance of automating some processes in a positive intervention institution and the role of the dimensions of service quality through this automation in achieving customer satisfaction, through a questionnaire with three sections, the first containing the dimensions of service quality and customer satisfaction, and the second. It contains some personal information such as gender, age, etc., and the third contains adding negative or positive comments to the institution by the customer.
This research was also divided into three chapters:
The first chapter contains the general framework of the research in terms of introduction, terminology, definitions, research variables, research hypotheses, the importance of research, previous studies, and other pillars of the research.
As for the second chapter, the theoretical section was about some of the basic topics in the research, such as quality, its definition and nature, the stages of quality development, and the importance of quality. Then it addressed the concept of service in terms of its concept, classification of services, service characteristics, and the concept of service quality in terms of the emergence of this concept and the goals of service quality. Methods for measuring the quality of services. Then we discussed the concept of automation, its development, its goals, the advantages and disadvantages of automation, an overview of the history of government support for basic goods, the types of cashier systems, how they work and their importance. Then we touched on the concept of customer satisfaction, the origins of this concept, its definitions, and the importance of satisfaction. Customers, types of customer satisfaction, stages of customer satisfaction, and the relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction.
The third chapter was the practical section, which dealt with the field research methodology, data analysis, the population and sample of the study, and the method of collecting data through 61 questionnaires, the data of which were entered into the SPSS program. After ensuring the moderation of the data, the stability of the questionnaire, and internal consistency, the results were drawn and confirmed. From the hypotheses established in terms of their stability or refutation, based on which conclusions were drawn from the study, some recommendations were also proposed for the institution that is the subject of the research.
