The Impact of Modern Technology-Based on Quality Management Applications to Improving Airport Services an d Passenger Satisfaction (A Practical Case Study on Zayed International Airport)
The study aimed to identify the characteristics of technology-based quality applications in facilitating airport services from a modern perspective of airport passengers and examine the extent of airport service quality on international satisfaction by conducting research at Zayed International Airport.
Due to the study on descriptive and analytical models, and the data capture devices questionnaire was designed first after the completion of the study, which amounted to .... single, and the data was analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using quality techniques such as Lean 6 sigma and SPSS.
The study achieved the following results :
• Improving waiting time: The study showed that the use of facial recognition systems reduced the waiting time of passengers at checkpoints by up to 30%. This contributed to a significant improvement in the travel experience .
• Increasing customer satisfaction: Survey results showed that 85% of passengers expressed satisfaction with the services provided thanks to modern technology, such as self-service kiosks and free Wi-Fi services .
• Reducing lost luggage: Baggage tracking technologies were used, which led to a 40% reduction in lost luggage cases. The baggage management system was significantly improved thanks to live data and advanced technology . • Operational efficiency: The study showed that the implementation of smart systems led to an increase in the efficiency of operational processes at the airport, which contributed to a 15% reduction in operating costs .
• Improving communication: The use of modern communication technologies contributed to facilitating communication between airport employees and passengers, which led to a 25% reduction in the number of service-related complaints.
• Increased use of self-services: It was noted that 70% of passengers prefer to use self-service kiosks to check in and print boarding passes, reflecting the trend towards digital services .
The results indicate that the reliance on modern technologies at Zayed International Airport has contributed significantly to improving the quality of services provided, which has enhanced passenger experience and raised their level of satisfaction. These results confirm the importance of investing in technology to improve efficiency and provide high-quality services in the aviation industry.

The Role of Applying Total Quality Management in Achieving Competitive Advantage A Field Study at Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi in (Damascus City)
The study aimed to study the extent of the impact of comprehensive quality management, with its dimensions, in achieving competitive advantage at Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi in the city of Damascus. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the analytical method, which aims to gain insight into a phenomenon to form a more accurate picture of it, in order to understand its content, and reveal the relationship between the various dimensions, A random sample of 150 employees was selected from these employees and from all job levels and departments. An electronic questionnaire was distributed to the sample, from which 110 valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis.
The study concluded that through the results of the simple linear regression test, it was found that there was an effect of each dimension of total quality management on competitive advantage, and through the results of the multiple linear regression test, which combined the dimensions of total quality management, and measuring their combined impact, it was found that there was an effect for the two dimensions of focus on operations and empowerment. Employees gain competitive advantage at Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi in Damascus only, without any impact on the dimensions of continuous improvement and senior management support.
The study recommended working to achieve senior management support, through applying clear plans, strategies and guidelines capable of improvement, paying attention to empowering employees, This is done by increasing the horizontal and vertical communication channels for ح the bank’s employees with the aim of conveying their ideas to the higher administrative levels, granting rewards and rewarding material and moral incentives to those with creative ideas in the bank, and working to ensure continuous improvement by adopting the (6 Sigma) methodology , which is based on collecting data and numbers about the problem facing the banking service.

Study of the Impact of Applying the ISO 9001:2015 Standard in Pharmaceutical Laboratories Based on Key Performance Indicators (Case Study – Proline Pharma)
In this research, we will uncover the pivotal role that the effective implementing of quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) plays in ensuring the quality, effectiveness and safety of pharmaceutical products. We reveal the impact of adherence to these standards on key performance indicators (KPIs) in pharmaceutical laboratories.
The significance of this research lies in illumination the benefit that can be obtained by commitment to ISO 9001:2015 standards in pharmaceutical companies, including providing a general framework of quality management system, risk assessment, and laboratory testing. Which demonstrate the commitment of the pharma companies to quality, safety, and efficacy, which is essential in a field where the stakes are lifesaving. The research also indicates the importance of measuring performance through performance measurement indicators to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in various operations.
Utilizing a descriptive research methodology, the study draws from academic literature and field research conducted at Proline Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant. Data was collected through a checklist tool and analyzed. The main results reveal improved process efficiency, reduced waste, improved product quality and reliability, reduced operational costs, increased productivity and customer satisfaction, alongside reductions in errors and non-conformities.
The research concludes with recommendations to adopt comprehensive quality management systems by commitment to ISO 9001:2015 standards and establish key performance indicators for ISO 9001:2015 requirements with regularly evaluate their compliance. These steps are essential for fostering a culture of quality and ensuring consistent product safety, which is crucial in an industry where precision, safety and compliance with standards and requirements are essential and non-negotiable.

The impact of the quality of electronic services provided by banks on customer satisfaction Case study: Commercial Bank of Syria - Hama
The current research aims to study the impact of the quality of electronic services provided in the Commercial Bank of Syria - Hama in terms of (ease of use - security - confidentiality - saving time) on customer satisfaction. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the analytical method in an attempt to answer the questions and test the hypotheses, relying on a questionnaire consisting of a phrase distributed to the research sample consisting of 219 customers. The data was collected and analyzed using the SPSS program.
The research reached a set of different results, including the existence of a high positive correlation between the dimensions of the quality of electronic services and customer satisfaction in the Commercial Bank of Syria - Hama, and the existence of an impact of the dimensions of the quality of electronic banking service (ease of use - confidentiality - saving time) on customer satisfaction, while the dimension (security) did not have a clear impact on satisfaction.

Study of the possibility of applying ISO 22716 in cosmetics factories (Case study of FHA-Pharma laboratory)
The quality and safety of products are fundamental requirements in the cosmetics industry, making compliance with international standards, such as ISO 22716 , essential to achieving these objectives. This standard provides a comprehensive framework aimed at improving Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and enhancing product quality in a sustainable manner.
This study aims to evaluate the level of compliance with ISO 22716 requirements at FHA-Pharma in Syria, focusing on highlighting strengths and identifying gaps that hinder full compliance. The study also seeks to provide practical recommendations to enhance performance and ensure sustainable adherence to the standard's requirements.
A descriptive-analytical methodology was employed, utilizing various methodological tools for data collection and analysis. These included checklists to evaluate the implementation of the standard's requirements, structured interviews with employees and management to gain in-depth insights, and field observations to document actual practices and compare them with the specified standards.
The results showed that the factory achieves a compliance rate of 91.58%, reflecting a strong commitment to quality standards. However, the study identified some areas requiring improvement, particularly in waste management and infrastructure development, which necessitate strategic actions to ensure full compliance. This study highlights the pivotal role of ISO 22716 as a comprehensive framework for improving the quality of cosmetic products. It emphasizes the importance of adopting this standard in Syrian factories to enhance their competitiveness in both local and international markets and to meet the required quality and safety standards.

(Study the Level of Commitment to Implementing Good Manufacturing Practices)
This research aims to know the level of commitment to applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in Syrian pharmaceutical factories and to identify the main shortcomings in commitment to applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) if any.
The research relied on a case study approach by conducting a field study on the Cure Pharma Pharmaceutical Industries Laboratory, which relied on the checklist tool to collect information, as the checklist phrases were formulated based on the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices issued by the Ministry of Health in the Syrian Arab Republic and include three main sections ( workers - buildings - documentation ) preparation record.
The research concluded that there is a high level of commitment to applying Good Manufacturing Practices in the Cure Pharma Laboratory, as the percentage of commitment to applying Good Manufacturing Practices related to the three axes that were studied )workers - buildings - documentation( reached 80, 95, 96% respectively, and the main shortcomings in applying Good Manufacturing Practices related to the three axes that were studied (workers - buildings - documentation) were concentrated in a number of cases of non-conformity, two cases in the first axis and one case in each of the other two axes.
The research included some main recommendations, including continuous work on evaluating the commitment to good manufacturing practices in the Curepharma laboratory, and working on implementing the solutions that were proposed in order to address the aspects of non-conformity mentioned in the research.

The Impact Of Implementation Risk-Based Thinking On Food Product Quality - A Case Study Local Food Factory-
The study aimed to identify the impact of applying risk-based thinking on the quality of food products in food laboratories, where an applied case study was conducted in a food laboratory in Tartous "Al-Anaza Food Industries Company". The study also aimed to identify the specific aspects of the quality system that play a prominent role in improving the quality of products and laboratory performance, while enhancing laboratory effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as a means of obtaining data, where a questionnaire consisting of 6 axes was designed, and 25 questionnaires were distributed to administrators and workers in the field of quality in the food laboratory. The researcher used a number of statistical methods, including stability and reliability testing, internal consistency testing, frequency distributions and percentages, descriptive tests for study variables, in addition to testing hypotheses in the SPSS program to display and analyze the results.
After analyzing the data, the study reached a number of results, as it confirmed the existence of a positive impact of applying risk-based thinking on the quality of food products in food laboratories, and thus showed the significant role played by risk-based thinking and its reflection on the quality of food products and on achieving customer requirements, needs and satisfaction. The study also indicated the existence of a positive impact of the two axes (the concerned parties in the institution, and the quality management system in the institution) on the quality of food products in the food laboratory.
The study recommended enhancing the role of the quality management system operations in the institution, enhancing awareness of the importance of achieving quality goals in the institution, enhancing the role of the internal environment in the institution, and enhancing the role of the concerned parties in the institution. It also recommended conducting periodic research and studies to reveal the level of food products and work on their continuous improvement, and benefiting from global experiences in applying risk-based thinking and management and their impact on the quality of food products.

The impact of using BIM technology in improving the quality of construction projects (research case in Riyadh)
The presented research aims to contribute to understanding the impact of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology on the quality of construction projects implementation, by defining BIM technology and analyzing the impact of using BIM on the quality of construction projects, based on the descriptive approach and analytical method, where the researcher designed a questionnaire related to the research variables and distributed it to a random sample of 84 engineers working in the field of construction projects in the city of Riyadh.
The data was processed using the necessary statistical tools in the SPSS statistical package program to reach an answer to the basic research question and test the hypotheses. One of the most important results reached by the research is the existence of a statistically significant impact of using BIM technology in improving the quality of construction projects in the city of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and The greatest impact was clearly on the quality of engineering design and meeting customer requirements with a relative weight of (85.7%), while the least impact was on the project meeting the applicable regulations and safety and security requirements with a relative weight of (79%).
The research results also confirmed the existence of fundamental differences in the sample members' evaluations of the nature of the relationship between the use of (BIM) technology and improving the quality of construction projects in the city of Riyadh attributed to the gender variable, as there is a clear difference between the evaluations of males and females, as males are more in the field of work within construction projects, which makes them more capable of evaluating and answering the questions raised regarding BIM technology.
Based on the results reached, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to rely on BIM technology to improve the quality of construction projects in Riyadh, the need to spread awareness among engineers about the importance of the technology, and to provide the necessary training for engineers, especially new graduates who can integrate this technology with their experiences formed during their involvement in the labor market, as well as working to amend building laws and engineering requirements for most of this technology as work necessities.

The impact of job satisfaction on the quality of service provided
In microfinance institutions - (A case study on The First Microfinance Bank - Syria)
This research aims to examine the impact of job satisfaction on the quality of services provided in microfinance institutions, focusing on the case study of Aga Khan Microfinance Bank in Syria. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology to collect and analyze data regarding employee satisfaction and service quality from the perspective of customers.
Questionnaires were used as the primary tool for data collection, distributed among a sample of bank employees (30) and clients (90).
The findings revealed a statistically significant positive impact job satisfaction on service quality. Employees who expressed higher satisfaction with their work environment, salaries, training opportunities, and administrative policies were found to deliver higher-quality services.

The extent of implementation of the minimum standards for economic recovery (basic service standards) and their impact on the quality of cash assistance provision Applied study: Small economic initiatives project - livelihoods in the Syrian Arab Red Crescent - Idlib branch
The current research aims to study the evaluation of the extent to which the minimum standards for economic recovery are applied in the cash assistance programs provided by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent in Idlib and to know the quality of providing cash assistance.
The research followed the descriptive approach and the analytical method, and the research community was represented by the project workers, numbering (26) people. The comprehensive enumeration method was used to select the research sample. The researcher designed the questionnaire as a main tool to collect opinions and data by distributing it to the sample members, then this data was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program using appropriate statistical methods.
The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The commitment of the Small Economic Initiatives Project - Livelihoods in the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization - Idlib Branch to applying the minimum standards for economic recovery (basic service standards) to a very high degree.
The high level of quality of providing cash assistance in the project. Impact of work environment quality on improving the job performance Case Study: Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and All the East Department Of Ecumenical Relations and
Development (GOPA_DERD)
This study aimed to determine the level of work environment quality and job performance within the Ecumenical Relations and Development Department. It also sought to identify the impact of work environment quality and its dimensions (social relationships, job security, open communication, employee participation, moral support, and physical work conditions) on improving job performance and its aspects (job commitment, job discipline, and task completion). The study employed a descriptive and analytical approach, using a questionnaire as the main research tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 291 employees within the department, of which 231 valid responses were retrieved for statistical analysis using SPSS version 27.
The results indicated a high level of work environment quality and job performance in the studied organization. A statistically significant impact was found for the work environment quality and four of its dimensions (social relationships, open communication, moral support, and physical work conditions) on improving job performance. However, no significant impact was found for job security and employee participation on job performance.
Additionally, the results revealed a significant positive impact of the dimensions (social relationships, job security, employee participation, and physical work conditions) on job commitment. No significant impact was found for open communication and moral support on job commitment. There was a significant positive impact of the dimensions (job security, employee participation, moral support, and physical work conditions) on job discipline, whereas no impact was found for social relationships and open communication.
Moreover, the study highlighted a significant positive impact of the dimensions (job security, open communication, employee participation, moral support, and physical work conditions) on task completion, while no significant impact was observed for social relationships on task completion.
The study found no statistically significant differences in assessing the level of work environment quality and job performance improvement attributed to demographic variables (gender, age, educational qualification, and years of experience). The researcher provided several recommendations, the most notable of which included enhancing the quality of the work environment by improving factors with positive effects, such as social relationships and open communication, and promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork through training workshops and interactive programs.

The Impact of Applying Total Quality Management in Improving the Teaching of the English Language Course: A Field Study at Damascus University
This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) on improving the teaching of the English language course at Damascus University, focusing on three main aspects: student- centeredness, professional training and development, and strategic planning. The researcher adopted a descriptive approach and distributed questionnaires to a sample of faculty members, alongside statistical analysis to measure the effect of these aspects on teaching quality.
The results showed that all aspects positively impact teaching quality, with strategic planning and professional training having a greater influence compared to student-centeredness. student-centeredness. The findings also highlighted that using diverse teaching methods and enhancing faculty members' competencies are key factors in improving English language teaching. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating these aspects in a balanced manner to achieve significant improvements in teaching quality.
