    Course Description: The course aims to provide the student with appropriate knowledge, skills and techniques for how to efficiently plan, manage and improve projects that can be used to improve project performance and success. The course will cover the philosophy and concepts, the project life cycle, and the planning and control systems and procedures for all knowledge areas of project management in a focused manner in time, cost, quality and risk. Educational Outcomes: At the end of this course the student should be able to: 1- . Define project scope to meet stakeholder needs. 2- . Design a work breakdown structure. 3. -Create project plans, schedules and budgets. 4- - Defining quality tools and developing a quality plan 5- . Identify risks and develop a plan for risks. 6- . Select appropriate tools and collaborate as part of a team to assist in project management 7- - Apply quantitative calculation and analysis skills to identify and evaluate key costs. 8- . Use Building Information Modeling Applications to Manage Projects
