General description
Project management theory, terms and concepts are introduced in this course. Students will discover the project life cycle and learn how to build a successful project from pre-implementation to completion. It will introduce project management topics such as resources, costs, time constraints and project scopes. The goal of the Project Management program is to prepare students to be able to have the necessary knowledge and skills to plan, organize, staff, lead and exercise control in the directing and coordinating of resources to achieve project objectives. Therefore, the objective of the course is to produce graduates who have managerial skills to plan and direct projects.
