Designing an electronic management model for TV programs and its impact on administrative performance (A practical study on the Syrian Radio and Television General Authority)
The research deals with a practical study of designing an electronic management model for TV programs and evaluating its impact on administrative performance in the Syrian Radio and Television Authority, where the researcher adopted the descriptive approach in forming the theoretical aspect of the study. In media institutions, by adopting literature, research and books, documented scientific websites, and also by using personal interviews to collect information related to the theoretical and practical foundations of managing television programs in media institutions.
The researcher also designed an electronic management model for TV programs, defining its objectives, requirements, and advantages, and defining users, their tasks, and use cases. An ERD diagram was also designed, which illustrates the database model.

The role of technology management in the optimal use of hybrid maintenance methods using the programmable controller PLC “Case Study Clayco Brick Kiln”
This research addresses the methods of predictive maintenance and their integration with preventive maintenance methods by providing a comprehensive view of the implementation of modern maintenance techniques and methods, and takes a look at the costs of such techniques and how can we achieve the objectives of both predictive and preventive maintenance at the same time.
This research will also highlight the methods of maintenance used and the obstacles that limits the continuity of production at the CLAYCO Tile factory, which was considered the first fully automated factory in the Syrian Arab Republic, located at Hasya Industrial Area related to Homs governorate, in 2009.
This research will also include an upgraded PLC program designated for the tile production furnace of the factory that helps applying the fundamentals of predictive maintenance and combine them with the methods of preventive maintenance to maintain the operation of the furnace for as long as possible, especially that this kind of furnace must stay in operation all year long.

Applying digital transformation in human resource management within Syrian educational institutions (Case Study - Public Schools in Damascus)
Our research aims at the impact of applying digital transformation in human resources management on the performance of educational institutions (case study - public schools in Damascus), to study the possibility of applying digital transformation in human resource management in Syrian educational institutions according to the following steps:
1.Gathering the necessary information, by which I mean theory, from reliable academic references.
2.Carrying out a practical study that shows the reality of human resource management in Syrian educational institutions.
3.We will design the digital transformation model by stating the expected scenario for the system, its mechanism, and its requirements.
The study concluded that the application of digital transformation in human resource management improves the performance of educational institutions in Syria and can be relied upon to improve efficiency and effectiveness. It can be recommended to implement a digital transformation model and suggestions to achieve this, such as developing an integrated system, providing training, developing mobile applications, updating the data structure and encouraging cooperation with technology companies. It is also necessary to improve the level of education in Syria and provide the necessary support to achieve sustainability in digital transformation and improve the quality of education.

Evaluation of The Experience of Using Mobile Applications Technology as a Reference for Pharmaceutical Work (Case Study Of KEPLER Application In Syria)
The study aims to know the extent to which smart applications are accepted by the pharmaceutical community, students and practitioners, and the role played by these applications to serve the pharmacist scientifically and practically, and its importance to pharmacy students, and to search for the reasons for using smart applications or neglecting them as an advanced technology.
The study was conducted by the researcher performing a number of interviews with the students of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Aleppo University and some pharmacists in Aleppo city, and conducting a descriptive analysis of the data collected using the questionnaire tool, which amounted to 75 samples.
The results were as follows:
- There is a correlation between the satisfaction of users, who were mostly pharmacists, by 69.33%, with the services provided by the application, and their satisfaction in general with their use of the application, and the daily frequency of using the application came to 64%.
This degree of satisfaction and the confirmation of users, who accounted for 78.7%, of its importance in improving work and shortening time, led to the spread of the application.
- As for the users who emphasized its importance to the students of pharmacy , they were 77.3%.
As for the results obtained by the researcher from the interviews, they showed that the technology still needs more prevalence in the Syrian pharmaceutical community.

A study invests business intelligence techniques in managing student data at universities (A practical application at the faculty of informatics engineering -Tishreen university)
This study aims to find a tool that helps decision makers in universities with regard to managing students' data and their majors, the most important of which in analyzing college students' data to find out the factors affecting student choices, in order to make this choice successful. This was done by preparing the students' primary data and converting it into information that can be analyzed and studied.
The study presents a realistic application model of business intelligence techniques on 458 students' data from Faculty of Informatics Engineering at Tishreen University in the three majors (software-networks-artificial intelligence) for the academic years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 more than 26000 record in 19 excel file. Where the primary data of these students was filtered, and prepared for the analyzing process using business intelligence techniques available within the Power BI program, in addition to analyzing this data and studying the relationships between them through the statistical program SPSS, and the factors that may affect the student's choice of major were compared and identified.
