General description
Basically, this course aims to provide students with the knowledge they need in the future to manage the internal audit program for management systems in general (in particular, the quality management system will be an example to represent the administration systems) in any organization, and to take part in performing the audit activities as an audit team leader or member according to the recommended guidelines of specification ISO 19011:2011. That will be performed through explaining: (1) the general concept of auditing, its types, and principles; (2) how to manage an inner audit program; (3) the thorough preparation process of the inner audit work, conducting audit activities, and the mechanism for implementing these activities, in addition to preparing audit reports, completing the audit work, and implementing the follow-up audit; (4) the efficiency and evaluation of auditors.
