General description
Inputs:
It is prerequisite that students who admit to this course have studied courses of commercial law in Arabic (Commercial Law 1, 2 and 3). In addition, they must have studied foundation of legal knowledge in English.
Outputs:
By studying this course, students will gain specialised knowledge on the law of international trade. This knowledge would enable them to compare between the municipal commercial law and the rules applied on an international scale.
