    This course aims to provide students with the basic principles of the trade relations, and to contribute to proposing constructive ideas in the field of commercial transactions and economic institutions. This will be done by clarifying the legal rules that fit the nature of business transactions, and promoting credit and speed in the achievement of works. The contents of this course are: -Definition of trade law -Business identification -The merchant as a legal person, normal or juridical -The store -Commercial bonds -Business notebooks -Means of proof
