    This course aims to provide students with suitable abilities, knowledge, and skills to understand employees’ behavior, in addition to predicting, and affecting this behaviour to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. This is achieved by presenting the following: -Introduction to OB -Individual behavior (values, personality, perception, learning, and attitudes in organizations) -Team work processes (team dynamic, conflict management, leadership) -Organizational processes (organizational structure, organizational culture and organizational change).
