    Inputs: Cybercrime is a relatively new module taught recently at law faculties. Syrian Virtual University is a forerunner in including this subject in the 4the year penal collection, since this recent kind of crimes is continually increasing reflecting the negative aspect of the information technology age. That is why it was important to highlight these crime and how to deal with them. Outputs: To understand the essence and features of cyber crimes. To show criminal policy by Syrian lawmakers to fight cybercrimes and network communication crimes by the law issued by legislative decree no 17 in the year 2012. To explain various images of cyber crimes stated in the abovementioned law, how to follow up violators and digital proofs used in public lawsuits.
