General description
Inputs:
This module relates to a criminal collection that includes besides it another 3 modules (drugs law, cyber crimes and money laundry crimes). The 4th year student can choose this collection or other collections such as international law group or commercial law group. Usually students who prefer criminal law choose this group.
In this module students study penal juvenile liability stages, and civil juvenile liability stages. Furthermore, they would study measures of pursuing, investigation and trial. It also focuses on reforming measures imposed on juveniles and juveniles judiciary assisting organizations.
