The study aims at introducing humanitarian international law and its relation with internal law, international law of human rights and criminal international law. To study source of humanitarian internal law, international treaties, international custom, general principles of law as main source, judicial decisions and the writings of the most highly qualified publicists as complementary sources.
To identify the application scope of humanitarian international law in terms of protected categories and time and place of application. To know the significant and insignificant violations of humanitarian international law. To know the execution mechanism of its rules whether locally or internationally.
