In our country, it objectively includes nationality, legal status of foreigners, conflict of international jurisdiction and conflict of laws. The study of nationality and foreigners status is important because it defines citizens rights and obligations related to nationality and the foreigners rights and obligations upon getting specific legal status. Outputs: Studying nationality bond related matters contributes to demonstrating its nature, defining the criterion of its establishment since birth and conditions to grant it later, and the possibility to reconcile conflicts resulting from granting or deprivation. Studying the legal status of foreigners contributes to defining the concept of foreigners from the perspective of the state in question and defining the most important rights to enjoy and obligations to undertake in that state.
