    Inputs: It includes the set of legal rules that the constitution contains and those set by constitutional customs. The constitution is the highest system amongst all other rules and regulations in the state and it reflects its ideology and the nature of its system. It defines citizens rights and the relation between individuals and society, and that between the governor and the governed. The module also includes an explanation of the most important prevalent constitutional and electoral systems. Outputs: To be aware of the rules of constitutional law and how to pass and modify them. To deepen the legal knowledge of the basic principles that govern various state systems, and conduct comparative analysis of these systems to understand the content of the constitutional and political system of each state and the mechanisms of its institutions.
