Course Description: This course covers the fundamental concepts related to strategic management and its applications, including goal-setting and strategy formulation. It involves crafting the mission and vision of the organization, its objectives, and its beneficiaries, as well as identifying strategies and activities that contribute to achieving social impact and sustainable goals.
