    Course Description: The Business Ethics course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work ethically in non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The course focuses on understanding basic ethical principles, applying them in the context of civil society work, and their relationship to success, sustainability, and gaining trust in the medium and long term. The course also aims to develop skills in ethical decision-making, fair problem-solving, and ethical communication. Learning Outcomes: By the end of this course, students will be able to: Understand business ethics and their specificity in non-governmental organizations. Apply ethical principles in the context of civil society work, solve problems fairly, and communicate ethically. Comprehend the meanings of social, environmental, financial, and operational sustainability and their relationship to the application of business ethics, employing them to achieve the success of NGOs. Ensure that NGO activities align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Develop and propose work systems that consider business ethics, support governance, sustainability, and social responsibility.
