General description
This course aims to introduce the nature of the law and its sources, the educational objectives of the law, the relationship between law and education, the forms of preparation of lessons, the use of teaching aids in the teaching of legal sciences and the educational competencies of legal practitioners, the teaching methods used in legal sciences, the principles of constitutional and administrative law, Civil law, family law and the principles of commercial law teaching.
