Educational Outcomes: 1- - The student will learn tools and methodologies for the generation of BIM 4D and 5D models as well as the generation of energy and greenhouse gas balances (BIM 6D). 2- - They will learn aspects of BIM 7D Models (FM) based on the open COBie BIM standard, introduced within the AIR concept. -3-Understand how BIM can contribute to making buildings energy and carbon efficient, sustainable and environmentally friendly and manage the processes needed to improve these outcomes. 4- - Sustainable use with the LEED Energy Management and Analysis Rating System. 5. - Demonstrate an understanding of construction data analysis using COBie or equivalent formats, and influence the modification of the companys integrated management system 5- - Provide references to existing practices at the international level. 6- . Evaluate and advise on current issues in construction including regulatory, legal, sustainability and innovation. 7- - Master the use of parametric methods for creating advanced objects. 8- Good knowledge of using geographic information systems and the possibility of linking with BIM
