Learning outcomes: At the end of this course, the student will be able to: - Explain the concept of sales management in tourism establishments, its importance and objectives - Explain the relationship of sales management with other departments and its benefits - Identify the functions of sales management in tourism establishments - Identify the stages of the sales process and the management of personal sales teams in tourism establishments - Evaluate and analyze the identification of areas and sales targets for tourism establishments.
