    Course Description: This course is designed to introduce the student to the basic principles of understanding human behavior within public institutions. The course deals with various theories developed in an attempt to explain and predict employee behavior in an organizational context. The course examines individual and personal behavior in organizations, including personality, decision-making, personal perceptions, teamwork, conflict, leadership, power, ethics and influence. Additionally, it seeks to analyze the factors at the organizational level that influence behavior, including change management, internal reward systems, culture and organizational communication. Educational Outcomes: 1- - Knowledge of the principles and analysis of individual human behavior in the workplace according to personality, values, perceptions and motives. 2. - Identify the elements of group behavior including group dynamics, communication, leadership, authority, politics, conflict and negotiation. 3- - Understand and choose the appropriate management style to influence individuals and manage behavior in the organizations systems. 4. - Define the roles and responsibilities of all parties, including the external supply chain, involved in a BIM project for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
