    Inputs: The conflict of laws arises out of individuals relations that include one or more foreign elements since such relations are subject to various national legal regimes. Hereinafter legal thought created the so-called conflict of laws or attribution rules, which main task is to connect conflicts resulting out of these relations with the most appropriate law. This is called the applicable due law on the issue of conflict.
