General description
The main objective of this course is to understand the technologies used in constructing the inter-networks that respond to the needs of customers on the one hand, and satisfy the need of network service providers to control the access to its network on the other hand.
Conclusions: at the end of this course, the students should:
1. Be able to describe and analyse the main components of the Internet 2. Understand the routing protocols used in the Internet 3. Understand the approaches which provide the quality of services
(QoS) to the Internet
4. Be able to set up and run the main networking components of the Internet
