General description
**Course Description**: This project allows the student to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the study of the programs courses to develop a project related to NGO management and implement it within an organization. The student completes the project within the allotted time frame of an entire semester, demonstrating the ability to justify the project, analyze problems, conduct a critical literature review, describe the solution, and provide justifications for the methodologies, tools, techniques, and models used. The student analyzes results, offers recommendations, and presents the work through an oral presentation and a written report. The oral presentation involves presenting the work and defending the results and recommendations. The project is supervised by one or more faculty members from the universities, or equivalent experts, approved by the Scientific Affairs Council. The project is completed by a single student and monitored through direct advisory meetings or synchronous sessions. The project is evaluated by a committee formed by the Scientific Affairs Council according to the programs internal regulations.
