**Course Description**: This course covers the fundamental concepts related to quality and management methods, especially the ISO 26000 standard for social responsibility and its impact on ensuring the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. The course also addresses methods of measuring service quality, particularly Servqual, and selecting the most suitable methods for the context of non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
**Learning Outcomes**: By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- Understand and use appropriate tools to measure the service provided by the NGO and gauge the expectation gap.
- Apply the ISO 26000 standard and understand its role in ensuring the quality of services provided by NGOs.
- Propose suitable methods to improve the quality of services provided.
