Course Description: This course aims to introduce students to the concept of governance, its characteristics, and the rationale for governance in non-governmental organizations (NGOs). It covers the advantages of applying good governance, as well as the roles and functions of governance. The course also discusses the positives and costs/negatives of governance, its applications, and the legal rules that support good internal governance.
