Course Description: This course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to build local partnerships by mastering public relations skills and understanding modern methods, especially through modern digital means and their ethics, and choosing effective communication methods. The course also aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and manage negotiation and conflict resolution in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) effectively. The course covers conflict analysis, its stages and types, causes, stages, and methods of handling it.

Understand the importance of public relations and communication in NGOs.
Comprehend modern methods in public relations and their ethics.
Choose appropriate communication methods for each situation and design effective public relations campaigns.
Differentiate between public relations in for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Employ public relations skills in fundraising, shaping public opinion, and influencing both local and international communities.
Utilize digital marketing skills to promote NGO activities.
Build local partnerships and alliances, and strengthen relationships with other organizations and governmental and private entities.
