  • General description

    This module aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge relating to the Public International law (definition, principal elements, and the different periods of its development). It sets out the particularity of International law, the legal nature of its norms and its relation with the national law. The course will illustrate the sources of international law (Formal, Material or Subsidiary, and other possible sources), and also will clarify the Subjects of Public international law (States, International Organizations and Individuals) with particular reference to the role of International Organizations -governmental and non-governmental.
